Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. I know this page as I downloaded the Windows install image through this link and I upgraded the computer through this process.
But the media does not contain the language packs. When I try to add any additional language it gives errors about my computer not connected to the network.
And I cannot connect that computer to the network. When you're connected, go to Language settings, select the language in the list, select Options, and finish downloading. I found also this link: Language packs for Windows microsoft.
